These Terms of Service govern your use of BackerCrust services, operated by TwoBiz LLC. By submitting a project or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
The Client must grant BackerCrust access as a collaborator from the campaign's start until at least 30 days after its conclusion. This access is crucial for providing our services. If BackerCrust is removed as a collaborator during this period, it will be deemed a breach of terms, and we may cease collaboration immediately and notify our backers of the breach.
Upon receipt of payment and completion of the onboarding process, BackerCrust will commence providing newsletter services to the Client. The timing of service delivery will depend on the Client's chosen package and the number of campaigns BackerCrust is promoting at that time. The Client will provide creative assets (including images and videos) for BackerCrust promotion services. The Client authorizes BackerCrust's use of the Client name, logos, images and branding in BackerCrust's promotion services.
BackerCrust reserves the right to modify the scheduled distribution date of the newsletter in response to prevailing circumstances. Any necessary adjustments will result in the distribution being expedited rather than postponed.
BackerCrust typically achieves a return on investment (ROI) ranging from 1:1 to an exceptional 1:20. However, conversion rates can be influenced by various factors. While BackerCrust strives to promote campaigns effectively, we cannot provide guarantees regarding campaign success.
BackerCrust offers a 1:1 money-back guarantee if a client's project doesn't receive pledges for the amount they paid. The Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply in the following situations: project cancellation, project suspension, or unsuccessful funding.
